A conversation with the brilliant and ever relevant Lucia DeRespinis

It was such an honor to organize this conversation with the incredible industrial designer and educator Lucia DeRespinis who designed for George Nelson Associates for many years, and designed the iconic Dunkin’ Donuts logo, and so much more. She was joined by the wonderful Stephanie Beamer of Egg Collective, a women-led design studio based in New York City. Matilda McQuaid expertly moderated this wide-ranging and inspiring chat.

A short film documenting Jerron Herman's Temporary Body

We were so honored to work with the artist, dancer, and writer Jerron Herman on a new performance he created in response to the exhibition An Atlas of Es Devlin and the Carnegie Mansion. This was an interactive performance in the galleries at Cooper Hewitt, and included a soundscape composed by Molly Joyce, and beautiful garments designed by Segandha Gupta. Huge thanks to my colleagues at Cooper Hewitt for helping make this happen, especially to Xhosa Fray-Chinn, who edited the beautiful video.
